For optimal results we recommend a regular chiropractic treatment schedule and regular exercise (both stretching and cardiovascular). Your “homework” will account for up to 40% of your results.
Firstly, a series of spinal stretches will be prescribed to aid the spinal correction process and to create muscular symmetry.
Secondly, a series of strengthening and core stabilising exercises will be given to maintain and stabilise any corrective chiropractic care done.
